The Role:

As Business Development Coordinator, you’ll work at the centre of ULTRA’s new business function, supporting the Business Development Manager and working closely with the Estimating and Construction teams

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their skills and gain exposure to the commercial side of the construction industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the Business Development Manager with new business opportunities, client engagement and follow-up

• Work closely with the Estimating Team on EOIs, ECIs, tenders, capability submissions and client presentations

• Maintain and update the new business pipeline/CRM, including project status, contacts and key dates

• Coordinate with internal teams to gather current project, estimating and submission information and keep actions moving

• Organise project photography, videography and marketing collateral and business development materials.

• Develop internal and external newsletters and marketing communications.

• Assist with the management of social media content and digital marketing initiatives.

About You:

• At least 2 years' experience in a business development, marketing, bid coordination, or similar role

• Background in construction, architecture, property, marketing, business, or a related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Prior experience preparing submissions, presentations, and client-facing documentation

• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Experience using CRM systems, databases and reporting tools.

• A personable approach and genuine interest in building relationships
