About the role
As our Donor Relations Officer, you’ll support donor and partner relationships, stewardship activities and new fundraising opportunities. Reporting to the Philanthropy & Engagement Manager, you’ll coordinate partnership obligations, maintain supporter records and work with Foundation, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Communications teams, as well as donors and corporate partners.
As our Donor Relations Officer, you'll also:
Support the cultivation and stewardship of major donors, corporate partners and prospective supporters.Coordinate targeted communications, recognition initiatives and engagement activities to strengthen supporter relationships.Conduct prospect research and contribute to developing new donor, partnership, workplace giving, gift in Will and legacy giving opportunities.Monitor partnership agreements, reporting requirements and acquittals, working with Legal and internal stakeholders to ensure obligations are met.

Experience working with donors or corporate supportersStrong relationship management and communication skillsExcellent organisation and project coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
