About the opportunity

As Marketing Manager, Cult, you will lead marketing across our Cult business unit spanning Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. You’ll develop and deliver marketing plans that stimulate demand across e-commerce, retail, and contract, and bring the brand to life through campaigns, content and events.

Leading one direct report (Marketing Executive, Cult) and with the support from the wider marketing team, you will work with 25+ leading brand partners, have the opportunity to travel to domestic and international design fairs, and collaborate with a passionate regional team from our Chippendale head office.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Develop and deliver marketing plans aligned with company objectives across all Cult business unit channels (AU, NZ & Singapore)
• Design and deliver 10-12 marketing campaigns per year, including product launches, trade fairs and international designer visits
• Execute content creation, copywriting and day-to-day social media across owned channels (website, EDMs, social, print and point of sale)
• Manage corporate identity and brand consistency in line with the style guide
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, including expenditure management and reporting
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key media partners and oversee PR and advertising
• Lead, coach and develop your direct report (Marketing Executive, Cult) and support the wider marketing team

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is tertiary qualified in Marketing, Communications or Commerce
• Has 3-5 years’ experience in a senior marketing role, with proven people leadership
• Combines strategic thinking with creative problem-solving
• Has strong writing, editing and content creation skills
• Brings financial and commercial acumen aligned with our commercial goals
• Has a genuine interest in high-end furniture, interiors or design
• Is a confident communicator and skilled negotiator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Is professionally presented, highly organised and tech-savvy
