The Role:

Be our Store Manager superstar for The Cairns Store + LEGO/Kaboom concepts at Cairns Airport.

As a Store Manager at Cairns Airport, you’ll lead multiple stores and teams, creating an aligned, high-performance culture and delivering exceptional retail experiences to our customers. No two days will be the same – and you’ll thrive in the variety and challenge that airport retail offers.

*Salary: $78k-$93k + super based on experience

What You’ll Do:
✅ Be a customer experience champion – leading by example
✅ Coach, mentor & grow your teams to be their best
✅ Manage store operations & performance with accountability
✅ Drive sales through strong leadership & goal setting
✅ Build a positive, respectful team culture
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth daily operations
✅ Ensure all visual and presentation standards are on point

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience managing multiple retail sites or a high-volume flagship store
✅ Ability to juggle operations, people leadership, and performance goals
✅ Strong communication and the skill to inspire and coach diverse teams
✅ A polished, professional presence and positive attitude
✅ Proven ability to inspire, coach and empower team members
✅ Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends)
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
