Keep Care Moving – Join Our Ward Administration Team!

Be the welcoming face of the ward and play a vital role in keeping patient care running smoothly as a Ward Clerk. You’ll provide friendly, customer-focused support to patients, families and staff while coordinating essential administrative activities, communication, bookings, records and bed management. Working closely with nursing, medical and allied health teams, you’ll help ensure the ward operates efficiently and patients receive a seamless experience throughout their care journey. If you’re organised, approachable and thrive in a busy healthcare environment where every day makes a difference, we’d love you to join our team.

About you:

• General experience in clerical and/or receptionist duties
• Ability to apply judgement, initiative and problem solving
• Experience in using information systems and data entry
• Ability to communicate with a range of patients, the public, visitors and staff in an efficient and courteous manner
• Demonstrated high standard of written and oral communication skills
