Electrician - Solar + Battery accrredited

About the role

Diamond Air and Energy is seeking an experienced and qualified Solar + Battery Electrician to join our team in Narangba, Queensland. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of residential and commercial solar battery systems. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of electrical systems and a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

What you'll be doing

• Install, configure and test solar battery storage systems

• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on existing solar battery systems

• Provide technical support and advice to customers

• Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical standards and safety regulations

• Collaborate with the broader team to continually improve processes and procedures

• Maintain detailed records of all work completed

What we're looking for

• Qualified electrician with a SAA Accredited Solar Installer certification

• Minimum 2 years' experience working on residential and commercial solar battery systems

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, switchboards and inverters

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

• Strong communication skills to liaise with customers

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
