Senior Development Manager

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Development Manager who can convert and deliver a landmark mixed-use development.

The Project is a recently approved mixed-use scheme, comprising 10,000 sqm of Retail (including major and mini major tenant), 300 apartments and a tavern.

The Role

This role is with a Private Family Office with diverse property portfolio and business interests. No corporate layers or bureaucracy, with hybrid working arrangements to be considered.

You must be a doer, as you will be primarily working on the delivery of this landmark project, including:

·       Feasibility and Deal structuring

·       Assembling Consultant teams for delivery

·       Developing Residential (sales strategy) and Branding

·       Finalising Retail AFLs with Major tenants and leasing

·       Establishing strata schemes

·       Oversee design, tender, and construction documentation and development

·       Manage builders, budgets, and timelines

·       Ensuring profitability

You would also work on site acquisitions for future projects.

What We're Looking For

·       Experience delivering mixed use projects including both residential and retail

·       Strong feasibility and financial modelling skills

·       Deep understanding of Construction and builder procurement

·       Existing relationships within the industry.

Salary & Incentives

Base:  Depending on experience
