We are currently seeking a highly organised, customer-focused individual to be the face and voice of our premium dealership in both the sales and service areas.

In the SALES role, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming customers into the showroom and engaging with them over the phone 
• Overseeing the presentation of the reception area and customer lounge 
• Liaising with sales staff to ensure all customer requirements are met 
• Directing messages and enquiries appropriately 
• Performing general administration duties 

In the SERVICE area, your duties will include:

• Answering incoming service calls and returning calls on behalf of the Service Department 
• Preparing Repair Orders for the following day, including key tags, campaign checks, verifying warranty dates, adding email addresses, and updating phone numbers in the ERA system 
• Assisting customers with booking taxis, hire cars, or providing directions 
• Supporting the Concierge in meeting and greeting service clients and checking their vehicles in and out 

To be considered for the role, you will have:

• Experience in a busy workplace with the ability to multitask 
• A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service 
• A confident phone manner 
• Professional corporate attire 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail automotive industry is desirable, but not essential
