Plant Operator (Multi-Skilled)

We are seeking experienced Plant Operators to join our team at Stapylton. You’ll take pride in maintaining equipment, delivering exceptional service, and working in a safety-focused, professional environment. Landfill Operators

Competent in operating either:

(RII qualifications required)

• Dozer (Cat D8T)

• Compactors (Cat836 / Tana 555)

• Smooth drum rollers

• Excavators up to 40T

Operate mobile plant within an operational landfill

• Push up and compact waste

• Customer interactions

Water Truck / Road Sweeper Operators

• Experience operating Road Sweepers - HR Rigid and Articulated Moxy Watercarts

• Minimum HR licence and respective Moxy RII qualifications required

• Casual position, hours may look like the following:

• 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

• Occasional weekend work (every second or third Saturday/Sunday)

• Overtime and penalty rates apply

• Committed to safe work practices

• Skilled in operating a range of plant and equipment

• Able to keep equipment clean, reliable, and safe, including minor maintenance (refueling, lubrication, greasing)

• Great attitude and willingness to turn up and do the job
