Requirements

What You'll Do:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with your customers, both remotely and in-person through recurring engagementsCollaborating with your peers in technical and client-facing teams, to achieve successful outcomes for the customerReviewing, assessing and presenting service delivery reporting, ensuring key SLAs and deliverables are met, or providing suggestions where improvements can be madeServing as an escalation and contact point for your customers, removing roadblocks, and addressing technical and non-technical queries in a prompt mannerChampion the outcome of issues and tasks through your knowledge and application of core ITIL principles and guidelines

What You'll Bring:

A passion for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrated through your ability to show empathy and understanding from all perspectives, including your peers and your customersExperience as an Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Service Delivery Manager, IT Manager or relevant roleDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-levelExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong technical understanding, or the ability to learn technological products and services very quicklyUnderstanding technical issues and technical jargon and be able to communicate back in layman's terms for the customer to understand
