Lead the crew by safely operating heavy vehicles, packing and loading customer belongings, and completing uplift & delivery services across residences while delivering excellent customer service.

Day to Day

• Operate heavy vehicles safely and in line with compliance requirements

• Lead and support removals crews on daily jobs

• Coordinate loading, unloading and safe stowing of goods

• Complete delivery paperwork

• Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the move

• Maintain vehicle checks, equipment and safety standards

The Right Fit

• Current MR licence

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills

• Safety-focused with a solid understanding of compliance responsibilities

• Reliable, organised and customer-focused

• Comfortable with physical work and manual handling

• Willingness to learn, develop and complete ongoing training
