As the Clinical Lead Veterinarian, you will play a pivotal role in driving clinical excellence and supporting the development of our veterinary team. This is a dual-focused role, combining hands-on clinical work with leadership, mentoring, and continuing education training.

About You

You are an experienced veterinarian with a passion for emergency and critical care, and a natural ability to lead and mentor others.

Proven experience in veterinary practice, ideally within emergency or critical careStrong clinical skills with a commitment to continuous learning and evidence-based practiceLeadership capability with the ability to influence, guide, and support a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence in decision-making and the ability to work with minimal supervisionA positive, resilient attitude aligned with AEA’s values
