Learning Designer | Articulate Rise, Storyline & Brightspace | 12-Month Contract

We're partnering with one of Australia's leading professional education organisations to recruit an experienced Learning Designer to join a collaborative, high-performing learning team.This is a genuine hands-on Learning Designer role. You'll spend your time designing engaging learning experiences, working with subject matter experts and developing high-quality digital learning, rather than managing projects or leading teams.If you're happiest building learning, we'd love to hear from you.
About the roleWorking as part of an established Learning & Development team, you'll help design and develop engaging online learning, assessments and supporting learning resources for professional learners across Australia.Projects include:• Designing engaging eLearning using Articulate Rise and Storyline• Working directly with SMEs to translate complex content into clear, learner-focused learning experiences• Developing facilitator guides, learner resources and assessments• Managing content within the D2L Brightspace Learning Management System• Contributing ideas to improve learner engagement, usability and overall learning experience.You'll be joining a supportive team where collaboration, quality and practical instructional design are highly valued.
What we're looking forWe're interested in Learning Designers who have:• At least 5 years' experience designing and developing digital learning• Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Rise and Storyline• Experience working directly with SMEs to develop learning from technical or complex source material• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills• Strong instructional design capability and understanding of adult learning principles• Experience working with one or more Learning Management Systems.
Highly desirable• Brightspace (D2L) experience• Experience administering or configuring an LMS• SCORM and accessibility knowledge• Higher education, professional education, vocational education or corporate learning experience.
