Job Description: As the Sales & Inventory Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, managing inventory, liaising with customers and suppliers, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out. Your role will involve:
Communicating with customers and processing sales orders.
Comfortable dealing face-to-face with customers in our showroom as well as over the phone and via email.
Managing supplier relationships and placing purchase orders.
Overseeing the receipt and dispatch of goods.
Assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks.
Performing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Developing and following processes to improve efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience in inventory management or logistics.
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to handle manual loading and unloading tasks.
