With continued expansion across Victoria, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and help establish Denza as a leading premium EV brand in the Australian market.

About the Role

Reporting directly to senior management, the Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving retail performance, developing customer acquisition strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales journey.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets

• Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and business growth

• Conduct regular performance reviews, sales training, and team development initiatives

• Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff

Sales Performance & Strategy

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share

• Monitor dealership performance and identify opportunities for growth

• Analyse sales results, customer trends, and market conditions

• Ensure effective pipeline management and CRM utilisation

Customer Experience

• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience throughout the ownership journey

• Support key customer interactions and high-value sales opportunities

• Build long-term relationships with customers and business partners

• Ensure compliance with dealership processes and brand standards

Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities and local market initiatives

• Support brand awareness activities, events, and customer engagement programs

• Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to achieve business objectives

About You

Essential

• Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience

• Previous experience in a Sales Manager role

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

Highly Regarded

• Experience with premium or luxury automotive brands

• Experience leading EV sales teams

• Strong understanding of finance, trade-ins, and dealership operations

• Business development and customer relationship management experience
