Electrical Apprentice

OAM Electrics is looking for a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team. 

We specialise primarily in new residential and commercial construction, including new homes, townhouses and multi-unit developments, childcares and medical centres across Melbourne.

Working alongside our experienced electricians and supervisors, you will receive hands-on training across all stages of residential electrical work, from undergrounds and rough-ins through to fit-offs and completion.

What we're looking for

• Genuine interest in becoming a qualified electrician
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work well within a team
• Good communication skills
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a construction environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions and take responsibility for assigned work
• Current driver's licence preferred
• Cert II in Electrotechnology (Pre-Apprenticeship) preferred
