Position Overview

An opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and reliable Despatch Hand to join our team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Despatch Manager, this position plays a key role in ensuring efficient and accurate despatch, receipting, delivery and pickup of stock to support our customers across Adeliade and surrounding regions.

What You Will Do

Accurately process despatch and receipting activities, maintaining clear records and paperwork. Load, unload, label and handle products safely to prevent damage and ensure on-time delivery. Operate forklifts and equipment safely, ensuring all personnel are licensed and procedures are followed. Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules, communicate with carriers and customers, and manage driver paperwork. Collaborate with Production and Purchasing to ensure goods are available, resolving issues promptly. Promote a zero-injury safety culture and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.

What We Require

LF Forklift License Experience in a manufacturing environment Strong computer skills including knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, bending, packing, and standing for extended periods. Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays when required to meet customer demands Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills

What We Prefer

MR Licence (desirable, but not essential) Experience using hand and power tools Exposure to warehouse or assembly environments
