Practice manager

Monday–Friday | 9-day fortnight negotiable

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Practice Manager to lead our established dental practice and close-knit team.

Working alongside dentist and support staff, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice while ensuring an exceptional patient experience and a positive, high-performing team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop our team

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice

• Maintain an exceptional patient experience

• Work closely with our dentists and clinical team

• Manage staff performance, development and training

• Oversee practice systems, processes and compliance

• Monitor practice performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Manage patient concerns and queries, treatment co-ordination and reception duties

• Coordinate ordering, laboratories and general practice requirements

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven team leadership and management experience

• Has a genuine passion for patient experience

• Is organised, proactive and confident managing competing priorities

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Is approachable, professional and solution-focused

• Takes ownership and leads by example

• Has dental experience – highly advantageous

• Previous Practice Management experience will be highly regarded
