We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Mechanical Fitter to join our maintenance team on a full-time permanent basis on the day shift.

Key Points of the Role:

• Monday to Friday roster available

• Carry out planned and breakdown maintenance on plant and site infrastructure

• Inspect equipment and ensure all work is completed in line with WHS and site safety standards

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently to minimise downtime

• Accurately record maintenance activities and ensure work meets quality standards

• Contribute to ongoing improvements in reliability, efficiency and workplace safety

• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and organised site

 What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Trade Certification - Mechanical Fitter or equivalent

• Welding competency

• A reliable tradesperson who takes pride in their work

• Someone who works well in a team and contributes to a positive work environment

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

• Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical faults in a timely manner

• Strong focus on safety

Desirable Tickets:

• LF Forklift License - advantageous but not essential

• EWP License (above 11m) - advantageous but not essential
