Stores/Warehouse Coordinator

Kingspan is seeking a qualified Stores/Warehouse Coordinator with previous experience in Pick Packing. This role is an excellent next step for a motivated individual looking to advance into team leadership. 

The ideal candidate will be able to combine strong attention to detail, navigate a constantly changing environment, deliver hands on results and maximise team productivity.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, your key responsibilities include:

• Effectively supervise and coordinate day-to-day factory and production activities
• Lead, support and provide direction to manufacturing employees
• Support a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement
• Drive daily production targets by optimising line balancing, ensuring products are completed efficiently to achieve on time delivery
• In consultation with the Manufacturing Manager, be confident to address performance, attendance and workplace issues appropriately
• Good problem solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure 
• Drive team performance to consistently meet and exceed production targets
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and consumables to ensure continuous, uninterupted production
• Manufacture components using standard work instructions (WI100 series)
• Report all quality discrepancies immediately to the Manufacturing Manager
• Execute daily tasks by accurately following and completing all production job cars in strict compliance with the site's QMS
• Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring your direct team and the wider factory floor consistently comply with Work Health & Safety Procedures.

To be successful you will have:

• 4 years + experience gained in manufacturing or a similar industry
• The ability to demonstrate sound judgement and maintain a calm, focused approach during high pressure situations 
• Strong relationship building skills and the ability to actively collaborate with cross-functional teams internally 
• The ability to exercise forward thinking judgement to align daily operations with business objectives 
• Proven ability to manage competing demands and deliver high quality results under tight deadlines
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving workplace
• Strong understanding of HSEQ obligations
