Certificate III or Diploma Educator – Maternity Leave Position

Bright Beginnings Early Years Learning Centre is looking for a passionate and caring Certificate III or Diploma-qualified Educator to join our team in a maternity leave position.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children, values strong relationships with children and families, and is excited to be part of a supportive and collaborative team.

About the position

• Maternity leave contract

• Certificate III or Diploma-qualified applicants welcome

• Work within a supportive and experienced team

• Contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences

• Build meaningful and respectful relationships with children and families

• Support a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for all children

About you

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent

• Hold a current NSW Working with Children Check

• Have a genuine passion for early childhood education and care

• Are reliable, enthusiastic and work well as part of a team

• Have strong communication skills and a positive approach to working with children, families and colleagues

• Understand the importance of child safety, supervision and creating environments where children feel safe, supported and valued
