About the role
An opportunity exists within a Specialist Medical Practice for a Medical Receptionist/Secretary to work 4 days per week on a casual basis.
Focusing on excellent service, duties will include reception, customer service, diary management, patients' accounts, data entry and filing.
The ideal applicant will be someone who can work effectively, efficiently and independently. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skills required:
Typing experience is essential - Medical Typing experience would be preferable
Ability to multitask in a very busy environment
Reception
Confident to work on your own as well as in a team environment
Good organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail
The successful candidate will exhibit a positive confident attitude, and have a high degree of honesty and integrity.
Wage will be under the Health Professionals and Support Services Award, at a level commensurate with qualifications and experience.
