Current Physiotherapy Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Please describe how your relevant clinical skills and experience in paediatric physiotherapy meet the requirements of this role.
Please outline how your effective interpersonal and communication skills have supported high-quality outcomes for patients.
Please describe your experience in the planning, implementation and evaluation of quality improvement and service development activities in a paediatric clinical area.
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
