Ross Mangano Solicitors is a long-established law firm with over 30 years of history, proudly serving the Cassowary Coast and wider Far North Queensland region from our office in Tully (20 minutes from beautiful Mission Beach or under 2 hours south of Cairns).

We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented Conveyancing / Property Legal Secretary to join our busy practice. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with our solicitors across residential, rural and commercial property matters, from initial instructions through to settlement.

Already experienced in conveyancing or property law? We'd love to hear from you. Equally, if you have strong administration, real estate, banking or finance experience and are organised, capable and keen to learn - we encourage you to apply.

This is a full-time role based at our office at 1 Still Street, Tully:

• assisting with residential, rural and commercial conveyancing matters;

• communicating with clients, solicitors, real estate agents, banks and other stakeholders;

• conducting property searches, enquiries and settlement preparation;

• preparing and drafting correspondence and standard conveyancing documents;

• diary management and monitoring key dates and settlement deadlines;

• file management, including opening and closing matters, filing and saving correspondence and documents;

• billing and accounts processing; and

• general administrative support to our property team.

You will gain practical, hands-on experience across property transactions and develop a strong understanding of conveyancing and property law processes.

• clear and professional written and verbal communication skills;

• excellent organisation and time management skills;

• a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
