At BlueFit, we believe local leisure centres are the beating heart of a community. We are on the hunt for a high-energy, people-first Senior Customer Service Officer to partner with our Customer Success Manager and lead our front-of-house experience!

What the Role is Really About

As our Senior Customer Service Officer, you are the face, voice, and welcoming smile of Oran Park. You’ll set the tone, coach junior reception staff, help families navigate their swim school journeys, and turn every visitor's day into a great one.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Front-Line Service Excellence: Deliver genuine, warm customer service across face-to-face desk interactions, phone calls, and email channels.

• Membership & Sales Support: Guide new members through their options, follow up on warm leads, and assist existing members with their account enquiries.

• Swim School Operations: Manage swim school enrolments, smooth out level changes, and handle fee processing with care and efficiency.

• Workflow & Systems Admin: Keep our front-desk administration, data entry, and member communication tools running like clockwork.

Roster & Availability:

This is a full-time position working a set 5-day roster that includes one weekend day. We’re looking for someone with full availability across opening, closing, and evening shifts.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• 2–5+ Years Customer Experience: Solid background in front-facing customer service, hospitality, retail, or membership sales.

• People & Communication Skills: Clear, empathetic, and engaging communication with a natural ability to connect with diverse community members.

• Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, solution-focused attitude that resolves customer queries with patience and positivity.

• Tech Confidence: Comfortable working with service desk tools (Freshdesk) and management platforms (Links experience is a big bonus!).

• Certifications (Required or willing to obtain):

  • HLTAID009 – Provide CPR

  • HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid

  • Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
