The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for our next admin superstar - someone organised, reliable, and passionate about delivering excellent care alongside our welcoming admin and clinical team.

As a valued member of our administration staff, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of the clinic, acting as the first point of contact for patients, practitioners and the general public. Your contribution will help ensure the smooth delivery of services to our patients, and you will be a key ambassador for the clinic. 

This is a permanent part-time opportunity, offering 32 hours per week.

Your key duties will be, but not limited to:

• Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism and managing front desk operations.

• Scheduling appointments and managing bookings.

• Handling phone and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

• Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.

• Supporting our team of physiotherapists and allied health professionals with administrative tasks.​

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a friendly, team-oriented individual committed to delivering a high standard of client care. The ideal candidate will have previous reception or administration experience, with experience in an allied healthcare or medical setting highly regarded but not essential.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, and confidence using booking systems and Microsoft Office. A proactive, positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service are essential.

Located in Carrum Downs, Back In Motion Group are providers of expert allied health care and related services to the Bayside area. We are a small team of 9 staff (5 physios and 4 administration). Our clinic opened in 2013 and is a woman-led business. We pride ourselves in being a part of the community and changing the lives of people in Carrum Downs by providing a professional, fun and expert environment to heal from injuries or become the best version of themselves.
