We are currently seeking passionate and committed Disability Support Workers to join our growing team across Perth’s southern suburbs.
With a variety of shifts available and opportunities for permanent part-time employment, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career while making a genuine difference in the lives of others.
About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker with Ignite, you will work alongside participants to support their individual goals, promote independence, and encourage active participation in their homes and communities. You will provide support tailored to each person’s needs, interests and aspirations, while ensuring they remain at the centre of decision-making. Responsibilities will vary and may include:
