• Local Runs: Work locally within municipal boundaries - no long hauls.

• Great Hours: Standard 8AM - 5PM with regular day-shift rosters.

• Flexibility: Ideal for experienced drivers seeking short-term contracts, filling gaps between commitments, or wanting regular temporary relief work.

• Quality Fleet: Well-maintained modern side and rear-loading dual-control vehicles.

• Operating side-loader collection vehicles for residential wheelie bin services (kerbside waste, recycling, and organic green waste).

• Conducting daily vehicle pre-start checks, defect reporting, and maintaining fleet cleanliness.

• Navigating established council collection routes safely and efficiently using onboard technology/maps.

• Adhering strictly to council safety procedures, route schedules, and pedestrian safety protocols.

• Licence: Current Heavy Rigid (HR) Driver’s Licence (or higher) with a clean driving record.

• Experience: Proven experience operating Side Loader waste collection trucks.

• Safety First: Strong commitment to WHS, site risk assessment, and safe heavy vehicle operations.

• Availability: Ideal start in end of August
