Maintenance Carpenter / Skilled Carpenter

Premier Services Australia is a growing building, maintenance and fit-out contractor delivering responsive works across commercial, strata and residential properties throughout the Perth metropolitan area.

Due to continued growth and strong secured workflow, we are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Building Maintenance Tradesperson to join our in-house team.

This is a varied hands-on role suited to someone confident working across multiple aspects of building repair, maintenance and minor construction — not just basic carpentry.

About the Role

You will be working in a team environment or in a team of two completing a wide range of building maintenance and remedial works across multiple sites each week.

Works regularly include (but not limited to):

• General carpentry repairs and installations
• Door replacements, locks, skirtings and internal finishes
• Minor framing and structural repair works
• Roof leak investigations and roof repairs (tile and metal)
• Flashing repairs and basic roof plumbing assistance
• Sheet metal and minor fabrication installation works
• Timber repairs and external building maintenance
• Ceiling repairs, wall make-good and defect rectification
• Fit-out assistance and refurbishment works
• General problem solving and insurance repair works

This role requires someone who is practical, adaptable and capable of delivering clean finishes across varied scopes.

What We Are Looking For

• Trade qualified Carpenter preferred
• Strong experience in building maintenance, & remedial works
• Comfortable working across multiple building trades
• Ability to work well in a team and manage small scopes independently
• Reliable with strong attention to detail
• Good communication and professional presentation
• White Card and Driver’s Licence essential
• Working at Heights / EWP tickets advantageous
