The Opportunity:

Ultra Building Co is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the on-site delivery of an $86M, 100-apartment residential development in Casuarina.

This is a substantial build – high-end, programme-driven, and detail-critical – requiring a Site Manager who can take full control of site operations and drive performance from the front.

You’ll be stepping into a project where quality, coordination, and leadership are everything.

The Role:

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of site, including:

• Managing all site operations across structure, finishes, and services
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
• Driving programme and sequencing to meet key milestones
• Ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and productivity
• Working closely with the Project Manager and wider team to maintain alignment
• Maintaining strong site culture, accountability, and performance

This is a hands-on leadership role where you set the tone for delivery.

About You:

You’re an experienced Site Manager who knows what good looks like – and doesn’t compromise on it.

You bring:

• Proven experience delivering multi-residential projects, at least $80m in value
• Strong site leadership capability with the ability to manage multiple trades
• A solid understanding of programme, sequencing, and build methodology
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Pride in delivering projects that stand up to scrutiny

You’re calm under pressure, decisive on site, and respected by the teams you lead.
