Store Supervisor – LeTAO Sydney

About the role

Join LeTAO as a Store Supervisor and take the next step towards becoming a future Store Manager.

LeTAO is a premium Japanese dessert brand known for its signature cheesecakes and exceptional customer experience. Working closely with an experienced Senior Team Member and under the guidance of our Operations Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day running of the store, support the team and maintain LeTAO's high standards of service and presentation.

For the right person, this role offers a clear development pathway into a future Store Manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and support smooth opening and closing procedures

• Deliver warm, attentive and professional customer service

• Help train, coach and motivate team members

• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness and product display

• Assist with stock management, replenishment and inventory control

• Support the achievement of store sales targets and encourage appropriate upselling

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve day-to-day issues professionally

• Communicate operational matters clearly with the Senior Team Member and Operations Manager

• Ensure company procedures, food-safety requirements and service standards are followed

About you

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, food service or a customer-facing environment

• Some experience as a Supervisor, Shift Leader, Senior Team Member or 2IC is preferred

• Confident supporting and guiding a small team

• Reliable, organised and comfortable taking responsibility during a shift

• Strong communication and customer-service skills

• Calm and practical when handling problems

• Willing to learn and develop your leadership capabilities

• Available to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
