About the role

• We are currently hiring for multiple roles across our Ward Support Department, offering exciting opportunities to join our growing team
• Safely transport patients, equipment, and furniture across hospital wards as directed by the Transport Office or Wardsperson Supervisor
• Assist patients with movement, positioning, and access to meals under the guidance of nursing staff
• Collect and deliver specimens, blood products, and medications as required
• Support infection prevention practices and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Provide respectful assistance with patient transfers, including the transport of deceased patients, in accordance with hospital procedures

About you

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with basic computer literacy
• Awareness of work health and safety and infection prevention principles
• Initiative, self-reliance, and flexibility in a dynamic clinical environment
• CPR accreditation or willingness to obtain
