In this hands-on 4-month contract, you will deliver system administration, configuration, and testing for the UKG Pro platform implementation. Reporting to the People Systems Manager, you will resolve system defects, partner with external vendors, and support business readiness across the project lifecycle.

• Deliver hands-on system administration, module configuration, and ongoing technical support for UKG Pro.

• Investigate and resolve system defects, functional issues, and user enquiries throughout implementation.

• Support security configuration, data validation, and custom reporting requirements.

• Develop system documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials to support business adoption.

• Extensive hands-on experience as a System Administrator, HRIS Specialist, or People Systems Specialist working with UKG Pro (UltiPro).

• Experience in system configuration, data validation, testing cycles, defect resolution, and security setup within UKG Pro.

• Practical experience collaborating with implementation partners, software vendors, and internal business stakeholders.

• Looking to start your next contract within the next two weeks.
