The Opportunity 

You’ll take ownership of civil engineering projects from concept through to construction and working closely with clients to deliver outstanding outcomes. 

You’ll be responsible for: 

• Leading civil engineering projects from feasibility through construction  
• Civil design including roads, drainage, pavements and earthworks  
• Stormwater management and Civil DA reports  
• Preparing tender and construction documentation  
• Contract administration and construction support  
• Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams  
• Client relationship management  
• Project planning, budgets and quality assurance  
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers  
• Contributing to the continued growth of our Brisbane team  

About You 

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (essential) 
• 10+ years’ civil design consultancy experience  
• Strong stormwater, flood modelling and pavement design knowledge  
• Experience with 12D, AutoCAD, DRAINS, MUSIC or XPStorm will be highly regarded 
• Solid knowledge of Australian Standards, planning frameworks, and engineering codes 
• Sound understanding of Australian Standards and local authority requirements  
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team  
• RPEQ (or eligibility)  
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
