Business Development Manager

A well-established mining services business with operations spanning multiple regions is looking to strengthen its commercial presence in Western Australia. This is a genuine growth opportunity for a driven BDM who wants to make a real impact and be rewarded for it.

This isn't a "manage the existing book" role — it's for someone who's hungry to build, chase, and win new business, with a client-facing brief and real autonomy to run your own patch.

About the Role

• Drive new business development and revenue growth across WA
• Build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 mining clients
• Identify and convert commercial opportunities across heavy mining equipment and structural fabrication services
• Support tender submissions, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
• Act as the key commercial link between clients and internal operations/workshop teams
• Represent the business at site visits, client meetings, and industry events

About You

• Proven BDM experience within the mining services sector
• Genuine background around heavy mining equipment (HME) and/or structural fabrication
• A track record of building strong, trusted relationships with mining clients and stakeholders
• Self-motivated, commercially sharp, and comfortable working with autonomy
• A true go-getter mentality — someone who thrives on chasing and winning new opportunities, not just maintaining what's already there
