About the Role:

Reporting to the Marketing Activation Manager, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across Haircare Group's portfolio of brands.

This position is responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, product launches, trade promotions, events, marketing assets and agency deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will support activities that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial performance across Australia and New Zealand.

About You:

• 1 to 3 years' experience in a marketing, marketing coordinator or marketing administration role
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, promotions and activations
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience building effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Bonus Points For:

• Experience within beauty, retail, FMCG, wholesale or distribution industries
• Experience coordinating events, trade marketing initiatives or customer activations
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems or social media scheduling tools
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or digital marketing platforms
• Exposure to PR, influencer marketing or product seeding programs
