STE have an outstanding opportunity for a focused and energetic Hydraulic Fitter.

About the role:

• To install pumps and test hydraulic and pneumatic systems on trucks

• Use attention to detail to meet high quality standards

• Communicate effectively with management and the team.

• Pick and interpret relevant hydraulic and pneumatic parts.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge in Transport Hydraulics, including tipper controls, cab controls PTO’s and pumps is an advantage

• Experience within the hydraulic and fitting industry

• The ability to read and understand basic hydraulic and pneumatic circuit diagrams are an advantage

• Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills are an advantage

• Accessory installation experience

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Safety conscious in all aspects, competent application of WHS practices

You must have:

• Driver’s License + own transport

• Steel capped boots

• Hi-vis shirt

• Own tools

Monday-Friday 6am-2.30pm + Overtime as required

After the initial probationary period a full time position will be offered to the right candidate.
