CASPA SERVICES LTD – POSITION VACANCY – Therapeutic Care Worker – Night and Sleepover Shifts
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking Therapeutic Care Workers experienced in delivering trauma-informed therapeutic care to children, young people, and families to join CASPA’s Therapeutic Residential Care Team on a casual basis across the Far North Coast of New South Wales.
We are seeking dedicated Therapeutic Care Workers who must be available to work evening, active night, and sleepover shifts, with consistent availability to provide ongoing support to the young people in our care.
Successful candidates must also be willing and able to travel across our Far North Coast region, as our therapeutic care homes are located across the FNC. Flexibility to work across different locations is essential to meet the needs of our services and ensure continuity of care for the young people we support.
This position requires passion and skills in providing activities, routines, and residential supports that nurture the development of emotional regulation, problem-solving skills, and social competencies, inspiring positive growth in the lives of children, young people, and families associated with CASPA’s leading services. Experience in the disability area is also highly valued.

Required Qualifications
Diploma in Community Services or related diploma. For those who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, a qualification is desirable, but experience and willingness to participate in training are acceptable. For candidates who do not hold the essential qualification, willingness to obtain and proof of enrolment will be required
