Employment Type: Full-Time (38 hours/week)
Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 + Superannuation

​Key Responsibilities
​Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes consistently to venue standards.
​Manage daily section prep, stock organization, and quality control.
​Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards (HACCP).
​Work efficiently under pressure during peak service hours in collaboration with the team.
​Assist in minimizing food waste and maintaining kitchen efficiency.

​Requirements & Qualifications
​Relevant Commercial Cookery Qualification (Certificate III/IV or equivalent).
​Proven experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or café kitchen.
​Solid understanding of food safety, kitchen equipment, and culinary techniques.
​Strong communication, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
​Full working rights in Australia required.
