About the role
The South West Aboriginal Medical Service (SWAMS) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service based in Bunbury which provides a variety of health services to Aboriginal people in the South West of Western Australia. SWAMS delivers a wide range of primary health and community programs and has a strong growth strategy through partnership opportunities and future community development.

Reporting to the Executive Manager Family & Wellbeing, the role supports the coordination of operational and strategic projects across a multidisciplinary Business Team, ensuring activities are progressed in line with agreed timeframes, organisational priorities, and compliance requirements.
The Project Administration Officer contributes to organisational risk management, accreditation activities and continuous improvement processes by assisting with contracts, documentation, data management and reporting.
The role supports the Executive Manager and program areas to deliver culturally safe, compliant and high-quality services, including alignment with Child Safeguarding, Mental Health and Better Care Better Services Standards.
