Registered Nurses – Paediatric Complex Care (Community Role)

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to support a paediatric client requiring high-dependency nursing care within a supportive family home environment.

This is a meaningful community-based role providing one-to-one care for a school-aged child with complex neurological and medical needs. You will be working as part of a structured care plan, supporting safety, stability, and quality of life in a home setting.

Shift Availability

• School shifts: 7:00am – 4:00pm
• Night shifts: 9:00pm – 7:00am

Consistent ongoing shifts are available, with flexibility across days and nights.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering skilled nursing care including:

• Comprehensive clinical monitoring and observation
• Medication administration and clinical interventions as required
• Management of complex care needs in line with established care plans
• Responding to changes in condition and escalating appropriately
• Supporting comfort, routine, and engagement in daily activities
