What you’ll do
As our Reward & Benefits Manager within the Employee Experience team, you’ll:Lead the development and continuous improvement of our remuneration framework and reward programsManage annual remuneration review activities and provide specialist advice on salary benchmarking, job evaluation and classificationEnhance employee benefits, recognition and reward initiatives that support engagement, wellbeing and retentionAnalyse engagement data to identify trends, drive continuous improvement and strengthen the employee experience
What you’ll bringPrevious experience in a Reward & Benefits Manager role or similar specialist reward positionStrong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide practical recommendationsExperience managing multiple priorities and working effectively with a diverse range of stakeholdersExcellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence at all levelsStrong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office and HR systems such as Success Factors or similar platforms
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.) Bonus points for
Experience within the community services, health, aged care or not-for-profit sectorsExperience managing employee benefits providers, procurement activities or recognition platforms
