We’re on the lookout for motivated Precast Labourers who want reliable, ongoing work (38 hours/week), great leadership and the chance to build (or continue) a long‑term career in a strong, growing industry.

As a Precast Labourer with Allcast Precast, you’ll be part of a fast‑paced and fun production team at our Woombye facility. You’ll be hands‑on, working with concrete moulds, pouring, finishing and helping produce the high‑quality products we’re known for. We’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.

Your role will include:

• Assisting with concrete pours, vibration and finishing

• Operating a gantry crane (training provided if needed)

• Installing steel reinforcement and cast‑in components

• Preparing, assembling and cleaning moulds

• Operating hand tools, power tools and other factory equipment

• Quality control production checks

• Working safely and supporting efficient daily operations

• Maintaining a clean, safe work environment

• Producing work that meets Allcast’s high standards for quality and craftsmanship

Opportunities for growth within the business, including certified training, for those that excel including:

• Driving a forklift

• Operating a gantry crane

• Specific production/yard roles as they become available and/or as the business grows

• Certificate III in Concreting, or similar

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Experience in precast concrete, formwork, or a related trade (preferred but not essential)

• A strong work ethic and a proactive “can-do” approach

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently

• Reliable transport and a current Queensland driving license
