Telemarketer / Lead Generator

About the Role

We're looking for a confident and friendly Telemarketer & Lead Generator to join our growing team in our beachfront Broadbeach office.

In this role, you'll be speaking with people who are already open to having a conversation, introducing them to our services, and generating qualified leads for our team. This is not a hard-selling position — it's all about building rapport, creating interest, and helping people take the next step.

Monday to Friday | No Weekends | Potential to Earn Up to $1,500 Per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound telephone calls

• Engage in friendly, professional conversations with prospective clients

• Identify opportunities and create interest in our services

• Accurately record information and appointment outcomes

• Work closely with the team to achieve weekly targets

About You

• Excellent communication skills

• Friendly, positive, and people-focused attitude

• Confident speaking on the phone

• Strong listening and rapport-building skills

• Motivated to achieve results and earn bonuses

• No experience required – full training provided
