Gaming, TAB, Keno and sports bar experience is essential.

We are seeking an experienced, energetic and customer-focused gaming attendant to join our hotels. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in the fast-paced environment of gaming, wagering and live sport and who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

You will become part of a team operating premium gaming facilities and high volume sports bar environments, delivering an exceptional experience for customers every day.

About the Role

·       Provide exceptional customer service throughout the gaming and sports bar areas.

·       Process TAB and gaming transactions accurately and efficiently.

·       Assist customers with sporting and racing enquiries.

·       Monitor gaming machine operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

·       Maintain responsible gambling practices at all times.

·       Handle cash and balance tills.

·       Assist with general venue operations as required.

·       Work evenings, weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.

Essential Requirements

·       Previous experience as a gaming attendant within a pub or club environment.

·       Demonstrated experience operating TAB and Keno facilities.

·       Previous experience working within a sports bar environment.

·       Thorough knowledge of responsible gambling requirements and venue procedures.

·       Current RSA, RCG (and advanced RCG) qualifications.

·       Excellent communication and customer service skills.

·       Strong cash-handling skills and attention to detail.

·       Professional presentation and a strong work ethic.
