As Retail Area Lead, you'll lead through your Store Managers to drive sales, profitability, customer experience and team performance. You'll be close to the floor, understand what is happening in each showroom and turn that insight into clear action.

We're looking for a commercially strong multi-site retail leader who enjoys building capable leaders, creating accountability and lifting performance. You'll have the autonomy to influence results across your region while being supported by a collaborative national Retail and People & Culture team.
