About the role

We are seeking Qualified Carpenters to join our team. We have multiple sites across the Peel region building stick roof frames. We also construct elevated timber pole homes throughout southwest WA. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to utilise your carpentry skills on varied and challenging projects. You will work alongside our experienced team, contributing to projects that showcase quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. This role plays a key part in delivering our clients' visions whilst maintaining our reputation for a high standard.

Key responsibilities
Be confident in the following:

1. WA stick roof carpentry across the Peel region

2. Wall Framing

3. Truss Roof Framing

4. External Cladding

5. Stump/ Pole Homes

6. Timber Balustrade

7. Interior & Second Fix Carpentry

8. Owner Builder Support

What we're looking for
Trade Certificate and any accompanying qualifications.

1. Extensive experience in carpentry work, ideally spanning several years.

2. Strong proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools and machinery

3. Ability to read and accurately interpret technical drawings and specifications

4. Sound knowledge of Australian building codes, standards and safety regulations

5. A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

7. Reliable and punctual with a professional approach to work

8. Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and team members

9. A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to different job site
