Decocorp delivers commercial fitout and refurbishment across healthcare, defence, veterinary, and commercial sectors. We run projects across New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria. We are OFSC accredited and have industry leading systems and processes.

The Role

This role owns the commercial outcome of a project.

Procurement, risk, subcontracts, and budget are yours. You work alongside our Senior Project Manager and report to an experienced Construction Manager. Full time, based at our Rosebery office in Sydney.

Two types of people fit this seat. A Contract Administrator ready to stop supporting contracts and start controlling them. Or someone who has run commercial operations, procurement, or supplier management in another industry and wants a role with more teeth. We care more about how you think than the industry you came from.

What You'll Own

Scope gap control. You run scope gap analysis on every package before it goes to market, using our purpose-built tools, so nothing falls between trades.

Risk reduction. You complete risk assessments and SWMS reviews on every high-risk package before a subcontractor mobilises.

A strong supplier base. You balance our trusted trades with new suppliers, so we scale without losing reliability.

Procurement on schedule. You issue subcontracts and purchase orders against the procurement schedule using our commercial systems.

Budget control. You own the project budget and forecast cost to complete accurately, so there are no surprises at final account.

What Actually Matters

You are genuinely good with numbers. Budgets, forecasts, margins, variations. We cannot teach you this on the job.

You are relentlessly organised. You hold many moving parts and none of them slip.

You think commercially. You see where money leaks and you close the gap before it opens.

You bring energy and you take ownership. You do not wait to be told what to do next.

You learn fast. We will teach you our proven methods.

What Helps, But We Do Not Require

Experience reading drawings and specifications. Running procurement or subcontracts. A background in construction, property, engineering, architecture or any commercial operations role where you controlled cost and suppliers.
