We’re looking for an energetic, organised, sales-savvy legend to help keep our operations running smoothly while helping clients jump on board the hottest party bus in Melbourne. You’ll be chatting with potential customers, coordinating event schedules, keeping our team aligned, and yes… sometimes even getting the chance to meet our celebrity guests.

• Turning leads into bookings through upbeat, friendly communication (phone, email, socials — you name it).

• Coordinating day-to-day operations including staff schedules, logistics, itineraries, and event details across Melbourne.

• Building awesome relationships with clients so they keep coming back for more good times.

• Working closely with the team to keep everything smooth and organised.

• Keeping our data and reports tidy so the business keeps flowing.

• Spotting new opportunities for growth while helping elevate the entire guest experience

• Supporting improvements and creative ideas that make our parties even bigger and better.
  

• Experience in sales, coordination, admin, or operations (entertainment background? Even better!).

• A natural closer — someone who knows how to convert leads and build real connections.

• Organised, confident, and able to juggle multiple tasks while keeping your cool.

• Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRMs, and digital tools.
