Project Administrator

About the role

Our restoration department has a warm and hard working office team responsible for the running and management of multiple response works across the state of Victoria.

In this role, you would be accountable for ensuring client attendance KPIs and contract terms and conditions are consistently met and maintained.

To do this, you will be juggling trade subcontractors, job completion activities, client communications, and after-hours on-call responsibilities.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Complete all activities for job completion including reports, quotes and invoices within delegation limits

• Resource response works via coordination of both in-house trades and external subcontractors

• Provide client updates within determined timeframes

• Ensure accurate completion of all job documents including all OH&S and environmental requirements

• Produce handover materials on completion of jobs

• Answer after-hours phone calls and allocate resources on a rotating on-call basis

To knock this out of the park, we would expect you to have the following skills & attributes:

• Proven interpersonal and communication skills with experience liaising across multiple organisational levels and a diverse range of backgrounds

• Relevant Project Management or Contracts Administration work experience would be highly favorable

• Excellent time management and organisational skills including the ability to manage changing and competing priorities

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to problem-solve within a team environment

• IT literate, with strong MS Suite skills and confidence maintaining a detailed CRM

• Current driver's license

• Proactive nature and good work ethic

• Desirable - experience within the building industry or a restoration business
